Budhist Meditation Class
“Andy’s meditation class was excellent. His deep passion for mindfulness practice and focus on bringing each participant along at their own pace made me feel welcome and comfortable, even as a newby. If you’re looking to explore meditation for the first time, or you want a new perspective on your practice, I would highly recommend it!”
Learn Buddhist Meditation
Ever wish you could take a break from this crazy world, slow time down, rest, and recharge? Every day? This is what we learn to do as experienced meditators, so that we can return and skillfully respond to challenges, with fresh eyes, ears, hearts, and minds.
If you’re like most people I know, you’ve probably heard of or tried mindfulness meditation, think it's a good idea, and found it difficult to build a supportive, lasting habit.
Whether you’ve been practicing for some time or are a newbie, join the Buddhist Meditation For Leaders* class led by serial entrepreneur turned meditation teacher, Anderson Wolfe. The class is donation-based and meets on Zoom. Our intention is to create a safe enough space, free from performance.
You’ll receive clear instructions on how to meditate, informed by ancient Asian wisdom and backed by modern Western neuroscience. We’ll focus on the nuances of practice where leaders in the West most often trip up today and which the apps don’t teach (like the necessary ethical foundation + skillfully navigating a busy mind) as well as instruction for the ~10% of the population for whom standard meditation can actually do harm.
The class draws from multiple lineages, primarily Theravāda through the Thai Forest tradition of Ajahn Chah, and Mahayāna through the Chan lineage of Master Hsuan Hua.
Feeling guilty about using “work” time for something “personal”? I’ve been there. And I know there is no better use of time…for both you and your company…
“Mental health is a key part of performance. It's not a nice-to-have or an indulgence. It's the foundation for excellent decision-making, resilience, and a steady hand at the wheel.” — Software Company CEO
You’ll connect with peers who share an interest in cultivating happiness and awakening, also supporting accountability. You'll see the prevalence of some of your challenges, put others in perspective, and have opportunities to discuss. It’s the best way I know to wake up to the ever-changing, interconnected nature of our existence. This brings deep meaning and peace.
* We’re all leaders in our own right — in our companies, familes, communities.

Anderson has spent over 6 months on Buddhist meditation retreat and over 15 years practicing methodologies from the Hendricks Institute, through which he’s an accredited Big Leap Coach with advanced trainings in body intelligence and conscious loving. He’s also a licensed Hatha-Raja Yoga instructor in the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra. Anderson is a Highly Sensitive Person, speaks 4 languages, graduated valedictorian of a prestigous boarding school he attended on financial aid, earned a 4.0 in Computer Science from Columbia University on academic scholarship, and enjoys surf trips around the world.

Classes meet on Zoom. For personal and group continuity, the request is to join all the sessions live (you can watch a recording if you miss one). In each meeting, there will be a brief talk, guided meditation, and interactive portion. We’ll have a private Discord channel to continue dialogue in-between meetings and will follow these Group Agreements.
The class is donation-based, and nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. An upfront commitment is required to reserve your place.
Here is a rough guide for suggested donation based on annual income (for active coaching clients, I encourage reducing the suggested donation by 20%):

> $200K | $600 |
$150K | $450 |
$100K | $300 |
